defunto.<\/p>\n<p>Se il beneficiario della polizza \u00e8 il coniuge o il partner PACS, non dovr\u00e0 pagare alcuna imposta di successione, anche se il versamento della polizza \u00e8 avvenuto dopo i 70 anni.<\/p>\n<p>Per gli altri beneficiari, il trattamento fiscale varia a seconda dell&#8217;et\u00e0 dell&#8217;assicurato al momento del pagamento dei premi.<\/p>\n<p>In caso di morte dell&#8217;assicurato, questi rimane beneficiario e proprietario dei fondi ed \u00e8 libero di recuperare il capitale e gli interessi quando lo
