Valérie DEVRÖE-ROY is a partner at RUFF & ASSOCIÉS.
Having joined the firm in 2007 as a lawyer, she now heads up the Employment/Human Resources department.
With over 15 years’ experience in the sector, and a specialist in SILAE HR management software, Valérie assists managers and company directors in the creation, development and management of their company’s human resources.
